Find a time that works for everyone, in three steps
- Make a link. Name the plan, pick the days and the hours. It takes about 15 seconds, no account.
- Drop it in the group chat. Everyone opens it on their phone, types their name and drags over the times they're free.
- See the best time. A heatmap fills in as people answer, and one sentence tells you which time works for the most people. Pick it, and everyone can add it to their calendar.
A group availability poll without the friction
- Nobody signs up. Not you, not your friends. No app, no email, no password.
- Made for phones. Marking your free times is one thumb drag, right from the group chat.
- Every time zone at once. Each person sees the times in their own zone, so nobody has to do the math.
- Real availability, not three guesses. Instead of voting on a few dates someone picked, everyone shows when they're actually free.
- Free, no ads, gone after 90 days. Events delete themselves 90 days after their last day.

Questions
Is whenfor.us really free?
Yes. No ads, no paid plan, no trial. You make a link, share it, and that's it.
Do people need an account or an app?
No. Nobody signs up, not the organizer and not the people answering. Everyone just opens the link in their browser, types a name and drags over the times they're free.
How does it handle time zones?
Every person sees the times in their own time zone, automatically. The organizer sets the hours in their zone, and a friend in London sees the same slots as London times. The best time is the same moment for everyone.
How is this different from a date poll?
A date poll makes everyone vote on a few options someone guessed in advance. Here everyone shows all the times they're free, so you find overlaps nobody thought to suggest. More on that.
How many people can answer?
Up to 150 per event, which covers anything from a two-person catch-up to a big family reunion.
What happens to the data afterwards?
Events and everyone's answers are deleted automatically 90 days after the last day of the event. Privacy details.
Can I use it for work meetings?
Yes, it works well for small teams and clubs, especially across time zones. It's made for finding one time for a group, not for booking appointments with clients.
